By using graphics from NewE Designz, you are agreeing to the terms of use below so please read them fully:
These graphics are protected by international laws of Copyright and are of exclusive ownership of NewE Designz;
You MAY:
*YOU MAY use my graphics in your own LOs and you may send LOs to magazines as long as you credit me with the items in your LO.
If you use these graphics in a layout submitted to an online gallery, magazine, or any other publication – You MUST give credit to
NewE Designz AND my store https://www.etsy.com/shop/NewEDesignz from which it was purchased.
*REMEMBER, any modified and/or altered files are also protected by copyright law and may not be shared and/or used for
commercial gain with the express written permission of the designer, NewE Designz.
*YOU MAY use my graphics in scrapbooks for others for pay (Scrap4Hire). By this I mean: you are commissioned by a person to make a
scrapbook for them and it can be done either digitally, on CD, printed or hard cover – provided that they only receive the final,
flattened version of the product (i.e. no psd files, no individual papers/elements files, etc) saved as either .png or .jpg formats.
*YOU MAY create Quick Pages and Digital Photo Albums for your customers provided that they only receive the final, flattened version
of the product (i.e. no psd files, no individual papers/elements files, etc) saved as either .png or .jpg formats
*YOU MAY make paper greeting cards, candy wrappers, posters, altered books/paint cans, stationery, labels, and many other crafts for
sale with the PRINTED form of these graphics as long the amount does not exceed 100 units.

Commercial Use

You MAY:
*use the graphics/content to scrap pages/projects you are selling, as long as you in no way
-include the individual original files. (You may not disperse the files contained in this product as
individual pieces for your customers to use.) *use this set for your personal design projects such as kits for resale, and print a hardcopy for personal scrapbooking and craft projects.
*alter size, color, etc. to suit your design projects.
*submit projects for publication using these graphics. Please give credit to Bev Newey/NewE Designz

You MAY NOT:
*use ANY of NewE Designz graphics to design templates for resale.
*share this set (either in its original format, or any individual elements of it).
*sell the file(s) as I have sold them to you.
*resell any of these products without modification.
*remove any notice of copyright included in the graphics/content.
*make any of the graphics into “tubes” or “brushes” and redistribute them.
*offer these graphics on any web site as downloads or send them through a news list or Yahoo Groups.

Crediting NewE Designz in your TOU is always appreciated but not necessary. 🙂

Actions are a designer resource, and NOT a CU4CU item.
You MAY NOT Sell, alter, nor give away my actions (atn file) or claim as your own.

LO Templates – Limited Commercial Use

You may use my Page Templates in any of the following ways
* Create scrapbook layouts for your own personal scrapbooks.
* Create scrapbook layouts that will be gifted to family or friends. Files must be delivered in flattened JPG format or printed.
* Creative Team Members:
* Create layouts for your digital scrapbooking creative teams.
* Create a single-layer Quick Page (one single flat PNG file) to be sold or given for free.
* Digital Scrapbooking Designers:
* Create layouts for use in your store as samples of your digital scrapbooking kits.
* Create single-layer Quick Pages (one single flat PNG file) to be sold or given for free.
You may NOT use my Page Templates in any of the following ways:
* Create any type of layered item for sale or to be given away for free.
* Create website or blog designs of any kind, including “blog wear”.
* Distribute parts or the whole of my templates to friends or family as anything other than a single-layer file.
* Distribute parts or the whole of my templates on sharing sites, email lists, or forums.
* Reuse any template image (elements, shapes, etc.) in any way including creating tubes, tags, brushes or shapes.
* Claim the images as your own in any way.
**Credit to NewE Designz is REQUIRED in all galleries and publications if you use my Page Templates.

Styles – asl file

Styles are a designer resource, and NOT a CU4CU item.
You have authorization to use my styles in personal projects and for sale of kits.
*YOU MAY NOT include my styles (asl files) in their original state for re-sale or distribution, redistribute in part or whole, in any way. This includes cd/dvd, graphic collections, email, group or website links.

Cutting – svg file

**Personal – Nonproft Use

You MAY:
* Use these designs in part or in whole for your personal projects.
* Alter design elements, re-size, subtract and add them to design your own personal projects.
You MAY NOT:
* Share, copy resell, distribute these designs in its original digital format As Is or Altered in any way (digitized embroidery designs are not allowed).
* Alter, reproduce, modify or create derivative works from these designs for the purpose of resale or distribution in any format.
* Use the products to produce vinyl décor designs or other cuttable/printable products for resale or distribution.
* Print the designs for sale or distribution via internet, retail locations or any other venue.
* Use the designs to product items for commercial use and re sell on Etsy, Ebay or any other retail outlet.
* Use them on website pages without protecting the image from being copied.
* Upload these products to any file sharing websites for any purpose.
* Use these designs for any harmful, pornographic, racial or offensive material.

YOU MAY NOT USE THESE DESIGNS IN ANY COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY WITHOUT A COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE stated below.

**Limited Commercial Use – Single User License Agreement

You MAY:
* Use and modify the design to create handmade tangible product (up to 200 products) for Limited Commercial and Personal use.
You MAY NOT:
* Modify, repackage or reformat my designs and redistribute them in any way.
* Resell or relicense to another individual or company for resale.
* Make any of the graphics into “tubes” or “brushes” and redistribute them.
* Offer these graphics on any web site as downloads or send them through a news list or Yahoo Groups.

*** Mass Production License

If you are a designer, retailer or wholesaler and you produce more than 200 copies of any products then my LIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE does not cover mass production. Without a Mass Production License, you cannot use these designs in any commercial activity.
