Here is a quick and easy way to make your previews come alive.

It will take your Layered Preview and create two new flatten images, sharpen things up and give it a little pop!
You will end up with:
Original Layered PSD
1 – 600 x 600; 72dpi Image for your Folder and Web Previews
1 – 200 x 200; 72dpi Image for your Thumbnail
